Most Kallix customers go live in 2 to 4 weeks. We handle a discovery call, build a voice persona around your brand, train the agent on your scripts and CRM data, run a sandbox pilot, then move you to production with full monitoring. You don't write code; our team does the work.
Unlike standalone voice bots that just talk, Kallix is built as a full-funnel automation layer. Each agent is custom-trained on your products, scripts, pricing logic and objection handling. It listens in real time, understands context across long conversations, and decides what action to take next: book the meeting, escalate to a rep, send a follow-up message, or update the deal stage.

We share a curated shortlist of voices that match your industry and target audience, and you A/B test them on real call snippets before signing off. For voice cloning, the cloned voice never leaves your tenant and isn't reused across other Kallix customers. This is a contractual guarantee.

If the tool you use isn't on the native list, we almost always support it through webhooks or Zapier. Tell us during discovery and we'll confirm in writing before the contract.

The pilot fee is credited toward your first month if you continue. We define the success metric together upfront: usually a combination of conversion rate, qualification accuracy and customer-satisfaction score from listened-back calls. If the pilot misses the target, you don't pay the production fee and you keep the recordings and transcripts.
This structure is deliberate. It removes the buy-it-and-hope risk that has plagued voice AI for years, and it forces our team to design the agent for your actual outcomes, not vanity demos.

Escalation rules are configurable per agent. Common triggers we recommend: caller explicitly asks for a human, sentiment drops below a threshold, the topic falls outside the trained scope, or the deal value crosses a number you set. If no human is available, the agent books a callback at a time the caller chooses and immediately pushes that to your CRM and calendar.
